Tom brings 20 plus years of industry experience from his time with Icepack, making him a true specialist in the full Icepack range. His extensive hands‑on knowledge allows him to diagnose, design, and deliver solutions with precision. Beyond his technical expertise, Tom is highly skilled in creating custom designs and turning ideas into detailed drawings.
As Director, he oversees job scheduling and works closely with customers throughout each project, ensuring every outcome meets the high standards TTSC is known for.
Chris Horne
Operations Manager
Chris brings 28 years of industry experience to the day‑to‑day operations of the business. He oversees customer service, workflow and task allocation, scheduling, and front‑counter sales. With deep operational knowledge and a steady, solutions‑driven approach, Chris ensures TTSC has smooth processes.
Chris also supports staff and maintains a professional, customer‑focused environment.
